Georg Free Life
Georg Otto Freiesleben (born February 6, 1839 in Dresden , † April 25, 1919 ) was President of the Senate at the Imperial Court of Justice .
Life
He comes from a family of lawyers and theologians from Upper Franconia and East Thuringia. He was the grandson of Johann Carl Freiesleben . His son Hans Freieleben (1871–1945) was also President of the Senate at the Imperial Court. In 1863 the Saxon Free Life was sworn in. In 1870 he became a laborer at the appeals court. In 1872 he was appointed court counselor. In 1873 he was promoted to the appellate judge. 1879 became president of the district court. On New Year's Day 1881 he came to the Imperial Court . In 1893 he was appointed Senate President of the IV Criminal Senate . He retired on April 1, 1906.
