Georg Heinrich Hacker (actor)

Georg Heinrich Hacker ( January 16, 1856 in Mainz - August 15, 1922 in Darmstadt ) was a German theater actor .

Life

Hacker first chose the commercial profession, but turned to the stage at Franz von Dingelstedt's audition in front of the Burgtheater's directors .

He found his first engagement in Mainz, then was engaged in Oldenburg, Bremen and Strasbourg and joined the Association of the Court Theater in Darmstadt on July 1, 1881. The artist also worked as a game master at this art institute from 1901, where he enjoyed great and well-founded favor in the field of hero roles. He has been described as a very talented and thinking actor.
