Georg Lendorff
Georg Lendorff (* 1965 in Zurich ) is a Swiss film director and video artist .
After a year in Hong Kong, Lendorff lived in London from 1995 to 2007. He studied film directing at the London College of Communication and visual design at the Zurich University of the Arts and earned a BA and a diploma.
Lendorff has been creating visuals for theater and opera on a regular basis since the early 1990s . He worked for the Vienna Burgtheater , the Salzburg Festival , the Schauspielhaus Zurich , the Koblenz Theater and the Stuttgart State Opera . Together with writer and director Igor Bauersima , with whom he has worked for many years, he was twice nominated for the Nestroy Theater Prize. In addition to his stage work, Georg Lendorff works as a film writer and director.
