Georg Rhine
Georg Friedrich Rhein (born April 20, 1815 in Holzhausen , † October 23, 1876 in Oesdorf ) was a German businessman and politician .
Rhein was the son of the restaurateur Matthias Rhein and his wife Henriette nee Gumben. He married Sophie Elise Christiane Wrede on February 12, 1839 in Münder. Rhein was a merchant in Oesdorf where he was also mayor from 1851 to 1854.
From 1851 to 1854 he was a member of the special state parliament for the Principality of Pyrmont . From July 27, 1851 to 1855, he was a member of the state parliament of the Principality of Waldeck-Pyrmont . He was first elected in the XIV constituency and then in the constituency of Pyrmont.
