Georg Sassnick (born February 25, 1858 in Berlin , † January 26, 1922 in Potsdam ) was a German landscape and portrait painter.

Georg Sassnick studied sculpture with Alexander Calandrelli and Rudolf Schweinitz and painting with Max Michael at the Berlin Art Academy .

He made several study trips to the countries of the Orient.
