Georg Schedlbauer (born November 1, 1963 in Grünwald near Munich ) is a German painter , graphic artist and musician (composer).

After graduating from the technical college for design in Munich, he worked as a layout and graphic designer for Munich publishers (Bertelsmann, Schwarzer Verlag).

The first exhibitions take place in galleries around Munich, Hagen and Vienna . This is followed by book cover illustrations for Heyne Verlag ( Röde Orm ) and others. Further solo exhibitions in Germany and Austria as well as group exhibitions in Europe and the USA.

Preferred motifs are fantastic landscapes and impressions in oil glaze or watercolor mixed techniques, which are characterized by harmony and luminosity of the colors.
