Georg Schilling (legal scholar)

Georg Schilling (born April 11, 1936 in Weißwasser ) is a German legal scholar specializing in the dogmatics of criminal law.

Life

He studied in Göttingen , Munich and Bonn . After receiving his doctorate in 1964 at the University of Bonn , he was a research assistant from 1967 . After completing his habilitation in 1974, he taught from 1976 to 2001 as a professor of criminal law at the University of Hamburg .
