Georg Trzeciak

Georg Trzeciak (born April 22, 1886 in Breslau ; † January 28, 1968 in Königswinter ) was a German politician ( NSDAP ).

Live and act

After attending primary school , Trzeciak completed a commercial apprenticeship from 1900. After completing his three-year apprenticeship, he earned his living as a commercial clerk . Later he was a member of the Silesian Jägerbataillon 6 (machine gun department 8) for two years from 1906 to 1908. He then worked as a businessman until the outbreak of the First World War .

From 1914 to 1918 he took part in the First World War with Reserve Infantry Regiment No. 8 (Machine Gun Company). After returning from the war, in which he was awarded the Iron Cross 2nd class , Trzeciak started his own business as a grain merchant.

In the 1920s Trzeciak joined the NSDAP, for which he sat in the city parliament of Schweidnitz from 1929 . After having sat for his party in the Prussian state parliament since April 1932 , Trzeciak was appointed acting mayor of Schweidnitz on April 30, 1933.

In July 1934, Trzeciak moved into the Reichstag elected in November 1933 , in which he represented constituency 8 (Liegnitz) until March 1936 , as a replacement for SA leader Hans-Karl Koch, who was shot in the context of the " Röhm Putsch " . In the Reichstag election on March 29, 1936, Trzeciak ran in his function as Lord Mayor of Schweidnitz, but this time received no mandate.

On August 1, 1940, he was appointed SS-Obersturmbannführer in the NSDAP's Schutzstaffel.
