Georg Wittich

Georg Wittich , also Karl-Georg Wittich (born January 12, 1901 in Tondern ; † unknown) was a German civil servant.

Wittich was appointed government assessor with seniority from October 27, 1928 . On May 1, 1933 , Wittich joined the NSDAP ( membership number 3.131.799).

By decree of August 9, 1933, Wittich was appointed to the Secret State Police Office on August 14, 1934 , where he took over the management of Department II E 2 (cultural and social policy).

According to the Swiss historian Christoph Graf , in this position he had: "Obviously not insignificant for the church-political line of the Gestapa under Diels ."

On May 1, 1934, Wittich was transferred from the Gestapa for use outside Berlin. After 1945 Wittich allegedly worked as a consistorial councilor .
