Georges Plassat
Georges Plassat (born March 25, 1949 in Bollène , Département Vaucluse ) is a French manager .
Life
Plassat studied at the École hôtelière de Lausanne and at Cornell University . In 2012, Plassat replaced the Swedish manager Lars Olofsson at the head of the French retail company Carrefour .
