Georgi Kapriev
Georgi Teologow Kapriew ( Bulgarian Георги Теологов Каприев ; born March 6, 1960 in Burgas ) is a Bulgarian philosopher .
Life
He studied and did his doctorate in philosophy at the University of Sofia and specialized as a DAAD , Humboldt, KAAD and Melon scholarship in Cologne and Paris . He teaches as a professor of philosophy at Sofia University.
His main research interests are medieval (Byzantine and Latin) philosophy, orthodox theology, philosophy and sociology of culture and philosophy and art of the 20th century.
