Georgi Stoew ( Bulgarian Георги Стоев , born September 26, 1973 in Milanowo , Sofia Oblast ; † April 7, 2008 in Sofia ) was a Bulgarian author and member of the Bulgarian mafia .

biography

As a teenager he trained wrestling to attend the “Olympic Hopes” school in Sofia . With the end of communism in 1989 the school closed and the wrestlers formed a ruthless mafia and terrorized Bulgaria in the 1990s.

In his nine books before his death, he mixed up some facts and narrative literature, but also revealed secrets about the most notorious societies in the country, the Mafia, based on his own experiences and experiences. In his books he wrote about the alleged or alleged members of the Bulgarian mafia and did not hide his own identity.

On April 7, 2008, he was murdered because it was believed that as a member of the Mafia, he would be a traitor who would expose their machinations, identities and tricks. He was shot three times in a street in Sofia . He left a seven year old daughter.

In the third and last book of the trilogy "BG Кръстника 3" ( The Godfather 3 ), Stoew claimed that he was the figure at the top of the pyramid and the leader of the Bulgarian mafia, but now it is Liuben Gotzew . He was a former Bulgarian foreign minister, interior minister and part of the communist nomenklatura in Bulgaria. In his scandalous book he wrote that one of the most notorious gangsters of SIK (that was a large mafia organization in Bulgaria during the transition from communism to the current republic in Bulgaria) Mladen Mihalew - called Majo, had a sexual relationship with the mafia boss Gotzew. He also said that this was one of the reasons that Majo had to carry out a large part of his illegal activities underground. He also wrote that Boyko Borissov , the Prime Minister of Bulgaria (since summer 2009) was also a member of this mafia. At that time, he was the Secretary General of the Interior Minister at the time. The Bulgarian public was shocked that Stoew was killed, and after his death the book was read more than ever before.
