Life
Gerard Dewhurst was born in London in 1872 . The amateur player completed a game for Liverpool FC in the Football League Second Division in March 1894 . The striker also played for the Liverpool Ramblers and Corinthian FC .
In 1895 Dewhurst also played an international match for the England team against Wales . It was a game in the British Home Championship and it ended 1-1.
Gerard Dewhurst died at the age of 84.
