Gerd Müller (writer)

Gerd Müller (born August 2, 1952 in Chemnitz ) is a German writer. He writes his novels under the pseudonym Max Adam .

Life

Gerd Müller spent his childhood in Chemnitz and Potsdam , where he obtained his university entrance qualification at what is now the Helmholtz Gymnasium . He then studied journalism in Leipzig . After studying and moving to Berlin, he wrote for several newspapers, worked for various press offices and received his doctorate in 1989 on the subject of public relations.

Gerd Müller is married, now lives in Potsdam again and runs a service portal for tax advisors and income tax aid associations, in which he also publishes his more recent short stories.

Trivia

According to his own statements, his pseudonym consists of the first two letters of the names of his children Maria, Xaver, David and the first letter of his surname Müller.

The main character of the published crime novels is the fictional private detective Dirk Adam , about whom his brother ( Max Adam ) writes these novels.
