Gerd Pasch (* 1951 in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia ) is a German media technology educator. He started the research series on Deutschlandfunk and was its editor and presenter for many years.

Life

After training as a technician, he began studying pedagogy with a focus on media at RWTH Aachen University , graduating with a diploma and becoming an editor at the Rheinische Post in Krefeld, as well as a reporter from Aachen for radio and television for the BRF, WDR and L1. He is a trainer at the media academy for digital technology, multimedia and internet. At Deutschlandfunk, he conceived the daily program “ Forschungs aktuell” since then and is part of its editorial team as well as the staff council and editorial committee of the DLF.
