Toni Schuberl

Toni Schuberl (born January 26, 1983 in Deggendorf as Anton Schuberl ) is a German lawyer, historian and politician ( Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen ). Since the state elections in Bavaria in 2018, he has been an elected member of the Bavarian state parliament and legal policy spokesman for the parliamentary group of Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen. There Schuberl is a member of the Committee on Constitution, Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Integration.

Life

Toni Schuberl graduated from the University of Regensburg with a degree in law and a degree in history with a master's degree. After completing his legal internship in Passau, he passed the second state examination in law. He has been admitted to the bar since February 2020.

Party and politics

Schuberl has been a member of Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen since 1999. From 2014 to 2019 he was a district councilor for the Passau district . Since May 2020 he has been the district councilor of the Freyung-Grafenau district and chairman of the green district parliamentary group.
