Gerda and Günter Bialas Prize
The Gerda and Günter Bialas Prize , named after Günter Bialas and his wife, was an award for composers endowed with 10,000 euros . It was financed by the GEMA Foundation and awarded every two years from 1998 to 2013 by the Bavarian Academy of Fine Arts to composers whose artistic personality had been shaped by Günter Bialas.
