Gerda Müller b. Schumacher (born June 26, 1944 in Bad Brückenau ) is a German lawyer . From 2005 to 2009 she was Vice President of the Federal Court of Justice .

After completing her legal training, Gerda Müller joined the judicial service of the state of Baden-Württemberg in 1970 .
