Gerdum Enders (born December 2, 1961 in Kassel ) is a German brand and innovation consultant .

Career

In 1981, Gerdum Enders graduated from the Albert-Schweitzer-Gymnasium in Kassel and studied economics at the University of Kassel from 1983 to 1989. During this time Gerdum Enders worked as a consultant for design management and marketing. From this he developed the transdisciplinary method Systemcoding ®. The scientific approach: Markets are dynamic sign systems - which are consciously coded, was the result of his dissertation in 1997 for Dr. rer. pole. From 2008 to 2013 Enders worked as a professor for design marketing at the Faculty of Design at the Hildesheim / Holzminden / Göttingen University of Applied Sciences in Hildesheim . He is a founder member of the German Design Council and founder of the “Global Mind Network” expert network.

Gerdum Enders' work and research focus is on the areas of integrated coding of systems ( design , marketing , technology) as well as applied semiotics ( character research and meaning management).
