Gerhard Grethlein
Gerhard Grethlein (born December 21, 1924 in Erlangen ) is a German lawyer and public prosecutor. From 1987 to 1995 he was a member of the Bavarian Senate .
Grethlein passed his Abitur at the humanistic grammar school in Erlangen, then worked in labor and military service and was a prisoner of war. After his release, he studied law in Erlangen and passed both state exams. He then worked as a court assessor, public prosecutor in Nuremberg , local court counselor in Bogen , first public prosecutor in Ansbach , senior public prosecutor in Nuremberg and from 1967 until his retirement in 1987 as senior church councilor. From 1972 he was the representative of the head of the regional church office, from 1987 to 1995 he was a member of the Bavarian Senate .
