Gerhard Hösl

Gerhard Gattus Hösl (born December 4, 1939 in Cham ) is a German lawyer , theologian and mediator .

Life

After studying law and gaining a doctorate in press law , Hösl headed a law firm in Munich for twenty years . His personal focus was criminal and family law . After further studying philosophy and theology , he did his doctorate with a thesis on reconciliation .

Hösl is a lawyer mediator (DAA), business mediator (CfM), mediator EBEM, mediator BM and trainer for mediation BM in the Federal Mediation Association. He is the chairman of the European Professional Association for Independent Mediation (EBEM) and lecturer for mediation at two universities . He is a leading exponent of transformative mediation.
