Gerhard Lenz (* 1950 in Wuppertal ) is a German organizational consultant , moderator and coach and author of non-fiction books.

Career

Gerhard Lenz grew up in Wuppertal and studied medicine at the University of Heidelberg . There he was promoted to Dr. med. PhD. After graduating, he first worked as a doctor in a psychosomatic clinic. At the same time, he trained as a family therapist in Weinheim , Milan and California . From 1982 to 1991 he was a trainer himself at the Institute for Family Therapy in Weinheim.

From 1985 Gerhard Lenz was the owner of the further education institute Further Education Dr. Gerhard Lenz in Zurich . Together with Gisela Osterhold and Heiner Ellebracht , he ran a family therapy practice in Heidelberg between 1985 and 1991, founded the European network eurosysteam in 1989 and the systemic organizational and management consultancy eurosysteam GmbH in 1991.

Since then, his main areas of activity have been advising, planning, implementing and controlling major change projects in companies and organizations, providing strategic advice to top management in companies and organizations, and as a management consultant on the topics of innovation and complexity .

In his publications, Gerhard Lenz presents instruments, tools and fields of application of systemic corporate and organizational consulting.
