Heiner Ellebracht (* 1955 in Essen ) is a German author , organizational consultant , coach and trainer .

Life

Heiner Ellebracht grew up in Essen and studied medicine and Romance studies at the Universities of Kiel , Düsseldorf and Essen , where he received his PhD in 1988. med. received his doctorate. During his studies he worked in a development project in Colombia . Between 1983 and 1991 he was initially trained and then worked as a specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy in Datteln , Dortmund and as a senior physician in Bochum . He was particularly responsible for setting up the clinic and developing concepts. At the same time, he trained as a system therapist in Weinheim and Milan . Heiner Ellebracht has been a teaching therapist (SG) and teaching supervisor (SG) certified by the Systemische Gesellschaft (SG) - German Association for Systemic Research, Therapy, Supervision and Counseling . Together with Gisela Osterhold and Gerhard Lenz , he ran a research practice for family therapy in Heidelberg between 1985 and 1991 , founded the European network eurosysteam in 1989 and the systemic organization and management consultancy eurosysteam GmbH in 1991.

Since then, Heiner Ellebracht has worked as a coach and consultant in companies and organizations, a specialist in change management , changing corporate culture , leadership and team development as well as crisis, conflict and stress management . He primarily coaches top and middle management executives from business and politics through a comprehensive approach to personality development. He teaches systemic thinking and acting in executive development as well as in organizational and management consulting.

In his publications, Heiner Ellebracht presents approaches, procedures and practices of systemic organizational development and consulting.
