Gisela Osterhold

Gisela Osterhold (born January 1, 1950 in Karlsruhe ; † March 1, 2017 ) was a German psychologist and organizational consultant .

Career

Gisela Osterhold grew up in Karlsruhe , where she trained as a business woman . She studied business administration and later social education , pedagogy and psychology in Darmstadt .

After her studies she learned family therapy in Germany and the USA and systemic therapy and systems science in Switzerland. Gisela Osterhold was a lecturer at the Evangelical University of Darmstadt . She was also a teaching therapist at IF Weinheim for 10 years . and supervisor in private practice. Together with Gerhard Lenz and Heiner Ellebracht , she ran a practice for family therapy in Heidelberg from 1985 to 1991, founded the European network Eurosysteam with them in 1989 and the systemic organizational and management consultancy Eurosysteam in 1991 .

Gisela Osterhold's main areas of activity were the training of executives, coaching, management consulting, change management as well as strategy development, leadership and self-organization .
