Gernot Meyer-Grönhof

Gernot Meyer-Grönhof (* 1951 in Bad Kreuznach ) is a German painter and sculptor .

Meyer-Grönhof studied fine arts at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. Since 1986 he has been working as a freelance artist in Bad Kreuznach . Since 1983 his works have been represented at over 50 exhibitions, including 15 solo exhibitions. For many years he was the first chairman of the professional association of visual artists, Rhineland-Palatinate section. The main focus of his artistic activities are: building art , painted wood relief pictures and sculptures in steel, bronze and stainless steel. Today he is a teacher of fine arts at the Lina-Hilger-Gymnasium in Bad Kreuznach.
