Culture award of the city of Bad Kreuznach
The Culture Prize of the City of Bad Kreuznach is a sponsorship prize of the City of Bad Kreuznach , which is awarded annually alternately in the fields of music, visual arts and literature. It is endowed with 2,500 euros. The winners are selected by an advisory board. The head of the advisory board is the head of the cultural department of Bad Kreuznach. Helga Baumann was in office until 2009, and Andrea Manz has been her successor since December 2009. Other members of the advisory board are the journalist Frank Sydow and the award winners from previous years. In 2013 the culture award was abolished for reasons of budget restructuring, but a special cultural award endowed with 500 euros was awarded in the same year.
