Gero Drnek
Gero Drnek (born August 6, 1960 in Hanover ) is a German keyboardist and was a member of the rock band Fury in the Slaughterhouse until its dissolution in 2008 . Since the reunification he has also been their keyboardist again.
Career
Drnek started taking accordion lessons at the age of five . At a musically oriented grammar school he learned to play the clarinet , guitar , saxophone and electric bass and graduated from high school.
During this time he played in an accordion orchestra , with the Young Symphony Orchestra Hanover and in various student and amateur bands.
In 1989 Drnek joined the rock band Fury in the Slaughterhouse as the sixth member, which had been formed two years earlier. Here he played keyboard and several other instruments, including mandolin, until the dissolution in 2008 .
