The building is located in Gernröder's old town on the north side of Gerostraße and is listed as a residential building in the local register of monuments. To the east, the town hall , which is also listed, borders Gernrode .
Architecture and history
The small two-story half - timbered house was built in the second half of the 18th century. The external appearance of the house is characterized by the irregularity of the construction. So the development adapts to the road rising to the east. In addition, the facade jumps back into the western half of the house.
