Gert Bjerendal
Gert Sture "Frallan" Bjerendal (born June 12, 1955 in Mölndal , Västra Götaland ) is a Swedish archer .
Bjerendal competed in two Olympic Games . 1984 in Los Angeles he was 19 in the singles. At the 1988 Games he could not place in the individual competitions as 35th in the front field; with the team he achieved an 8th place.
He started for Lindome Bågskytteklubb and is the brother of archer Göran Bjerendal .
Bjerendal was already successful in 1976 as runner-up in the European Championships in field archery; In 1978, 1980 and 1984 he was even able to win the title before he had to give way to his brother in 1986 and came second again. With the team he was European champion in 1980, third in 1984 and second in 1986.
