Gert Fieguth

Gert Fieguth (* 1961 ) is professor for the areas of organization, personnel and information management at the University of Kehl and dean of the master’s course in European administrative management .

Life

After graduating from high school in Nuremberg in 1980, Fieguth studied mathematics, economics and social sciences at the Universities of Erlangen-Nürnberg , Hagen and Oldenburg and graduated in 1986/87 with a degree in economics and social science. After various activities in the USA (e.g. Harvard Kennedy School ) and Germany (e.g. German Bundestag ), Fieguth worked for the engineering and consulting company for organization and technology from 1991 to 1996 . In 1994 Fieguth did his doctorate at the University of Kassel on the subject of complex office systems and negotiation (title of the publisher's edition: information management as a negotiation process ). Fieguth has been working at the Kehl University of Applied Sciences since 1996.
