Gertrud Neuwirth

Gertrud Neuwirth (* in Prague ) is a German lawyer and former president of the Naumburg Higher Regional Court .

Life

In 1969, after completing her legal training, Gertrud Neuwirth began her legal career in the Bavarian judicial service. In 1972 she was appointed judge at the Munich District Court . In the spring of 1987, Gertrud Neuwirth was appointed supervisory judge. From 1991 to 1996 she worked in Thuringia, among other things as President of the Meiningen Regional Court . On October 1, 1996, she took over the management of the Naumburg Higher Regional Court as the successor to Jürgen Goydke . On August 1, 2003, she retired as President of the Higher Regional Court . Winfried Schubert became his successor in the presidency .

From 1995 to 2000 she was a judge at the Thuringian Constitutional Court .
