Gertrud Rogg (born January 13, 1960 ) is a German journalist , author and editor-in-chief .

Life

Rogg grew up in Bonndorf in the Black Forest . Since June 16, 1993 she has been working at the headquarters of the German Caritas Association in Freiburg im Breisgau .

Gertrud Rogg has been editor-in-chief for the association's publications since July 2005.

She is editor-in-chief, among other things, responsible for the magazine neue caritas and the specialist magazine for social action, Sozialcourage , which is published quarterly with a circulation of 148,000 copies.

Rogg firmly believes that church-based organizations must stand up for their employees regardless of their private life situation. A possible termination of an alternative living employee could be a nuisance.
