The Law and Ordinance Gazette for the State of Hesse ( GVBl. , Until 1946 Law and Ordinance Gazette for Greater Hesse ) is the legal journal of the State of Hesse . The publisher of the announcement body, which will appear in the 76th year in 2020, is the Hessian State Chancellery in Wiesbaden. A. Bernecker Verlag GmbH in Melsungen is officially and contractually signed by the Hessian State Chancellery with the printing and distribution of the GVBl. instructed.
Until December 31, 2011, the GVBl. in two parts ( GVBl. I and GVBl. II ). In the GVBl. I, the laws and ordinances as well as international treaties falling within the legislative competence of the state were made known. The GVBl. II represents a collection of the adjusted Hessian state law. Since January 1st, 2012 there is only one GVBl. Instead of the GVBl. II, a note on the heading refers to the section number in the electronically managed continuation record (FFN). Via the state parliament information system of the Hessian state parliament , all documents of the GVBl. can be accessed in TIFF and PDF format.
