Giampaolo Mazza (born February 26, 1956 in Genoa ) was last the coach of the national soccer team of San Marino and was sometimes referred to as "Mister San Marino". In mid-October 2013, he announced his resignation from this post.

Mazza played during his active time mainly in the third Italian division for the San Marino club San Marino Calcio . In 1987 he ended his football career. He did not make any official international appearances because the San-Marinese association has only been a FIFA and UEFA member since 1988 .

The full-time sports teacher has coached the national team of his home country since 1998. The greatest success with the team was the only victory for San Marino in an official international match against Liechtenstein (1-0). Under his leadership, the team suffered its biggest defeat to date on September 6, 2006, a 0:13 against Germany in a European Championship qualifier.
