Gianna Luzio (* 1980 ) is a Swiss politician and General Secretary of CVP Switzerland .

Gianna Luzio has been General Secretary of CVP Switzerland in Bern since October 2018 . Before that, from 2013 to 2018 she was responsible for federal councilor Alain Berset's financial, economic and health policy dossiers. She also worked for the finance delegation of the federal councils and for federal regional policy in the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).

Gianna Luzio speaks all four national languages ​​fluently and studied geography and economics at the University of Bern .

In 2006 Gianna Luzio was elected to the Graubünden parliament as Deputy Councilor of the Young CVP . In 2019 she is running for the CVP Graubünden as national councilor.

In 2005 she co-founded the “Festival Cultural Origen” in the canton of Graubünden and served as Vice President of the regional nature park “Ela” for ten years from 2005 to 2016.
