Giel Janssen

GAAJ (Giel) Janssen (born April 27, 1951 ) is a Dutch politician of the VVD .

Career

Janssen was from March 1994 to April 2006 alderman ( wethouder ) in the municipality of Bergen op Zoom . In November 2006 he became mayor of the municipality of Cromstrijen (South Holland). From March 2011 to December 2016 he was mayor of Halderberge .
