The Gillett nunatakkers are two mainly snow-covered nunatakkers in Marie Byrd Land, West Antarctica . In the Toney Mountain massif, they rise up at the eastern end of the Spitz Ridge .

The United States Geological Survey mapped them based on their own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1959 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named them in 1976 after Richard D. Gillett (1942-2014), radio operator on the Amundsen-Scott -South Pole Station in 1974.
