Gina Pellón

Gina Pellón (born December 26, 1926 in Cumanayagua , Cuba , † March 26, 2014 in Paris , France ) was a Cuban artist . She became known for her oil paintings of abstract women in strong colors. Pellón lived in Paris since 1959. She fled the Castro regime and could not return.

Since 1960, Gina Pellón has had exhibitions of her art every year in countries such as Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Venezuela, Denmark, Germany, the USA, France, Colombia, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Spain.
