action

The 16-year-old professional figure skater Tazusa Sakurano ( 桜 野 タ ズ サ ) lives with her trainer and his daughter in their own house. During a qualifying tournament in Montreal, she crashes on a triple Lutz , while at the same time, Canadian Pete Pumps' plane explodes in a similar looking sightseeing maneuver. Back in Japan, they both discover that Tazusa is obsessed with Pete's ghost. Tazusa tries to drive out Pete in panic, but as he later learns from God, he has to stay in Tazusa's body for 100 days and perceives everything that she perceives, but he cannot read her mind or control her.

While Tazusa strictly rejects him at first and eats as much tomatoes as possible, which Pete hates, to torture him, over time a friendship and even a love develops between the two. Together they learn for school (whereby Tazusa uses Pete's technical and foreign language skills) and train Tazusa's figure skating, which Pete can also help her with thanks to his experience as an aerobatic pilot. But that's not all, because Tazusa could qualify for the Olympic Games and, in addition to a tough competitor in Japan, also has some strong international opponents. In addition, her spontaneous outbursts of anger and harsh behavior towards the press make her not popular. In addition, talking loudly with Pete, whom nobody else sees, often puts her in embarrassing situations. During her performances, she often makes mistakes when jumping complex jumps and she lacks the charisma that a figure skater needs to cast a spell over people. In the course of the series, however, these skills develop and she manages with Pete's help through extraordinary demonstrations and a higher degree of dedication to the Olympic Games, where she only achieved fourth place despite the great enthusiasm of the audience. On the same day Pete has to leave, whose greatest wish to inspire people with a grandiose demonstration has also been fulfilled.
