Giorgio Fabris

Giorgio Fabris (born March 9, 1953 in Conegliano ) is an Italian director , film producer and writer .

Life

Fabris made his short film debut at the age of sixteen and worked for television. A well-known work from this period is the television film Ritratto d'alpino from 1977. In 1979 he took over the role of artistic director of the “Teatro Accademia di Conegliano” and also worked as a theater critic. Four years later he became vice-president of the “Gruppo Attività Teatrali del Triveneto” (GAT).

Together with Michelangelo Dalto, he organized a film festival for young filmmakers in his hometown before making his feature film debut himself in 1989. The 1997 Frigidaire - Il film , which he also wrote under the name "Nat Krylov" and wrote the underlying novel, went largely unnoticed.

In 2007 a second novel, "Hormonal Storm", appeared under the pseudonym "John Strozzi". He also published two books with Bruno Di Geronimo . He also works as a web designer.
