Girls Can't Catch was a three-piece British girl group .
history
The girls' trio was put together in 2009 by Fascination Records , which had already set up a successful band with The Saturdays . Of the three members, Phoebe Brown already had active experience in the music business. She had already taken part in The X Factor with the band Hope , which was in fifth place, but had switched to Girls Can't Catch when things weren't going well with the old band.
The trio recorded their debut album, which also features songs by Shaznay Lewis and Pixie Lott . Her debut single Keep Your Head Up , which also attracted attention with an unusual video, was released in summer 2009, but fell short of expectations at number 26 in the UK charts. As a result further publications were postponed for the time being. In July 2010 it was announced that the band had lost their record deal. A day later, Girls Can't Catch announced their breakup on their website.
