Fellipe Ramos Ignez Bastos (born February 1, 1990 in Rio de Janeiro ) is a Brazilian soccer player who is under contract with the Brazilian club Corinthians São Paulo and is currently on loan to the CR Vasco da Gama .

Career

Bastos grew up in the youth of Botafogo FR , which he left for Lisbon in 2007. Before he came to Benfica, he had already been tested by PSV Eindhoven , which did not take him over. In Benfica's youth, he only played one season before joining the professional squad. But in the professional squad Benfica he was only used twice in the league for the 2008/09 season. His first game for the Adler was also his professional debut, which he made on the first day of the game. He made his second appearance on the last day of the match, during which he also scored his first professional goal against Belenenses Lisbon .

For the 2009/10 season, the 1.78 m tall Brazilian moved together with the American Freddy Adu, who is also under contract with Benfica, in the form of a loan to local rivals Belenenses Lisbon . There he came to eight league appearances. Due to internal problems, the loan ended in November 2009. From February 2010 Bastos was loaned to the Swiss club Servette FC Genève . In the same year he moved to the Brazilian club CR Vasco da Gama on loan for two years .

On June 19, 2012, his move from Benfica to the Brazilian club CR Vasco da Gama was officially announced. There Bastos signed a five-year contract. There, too, he was loaned out to various clubs after only one season.

From 2015 to 2017 he played one season each for al Ain Club and Baniyas SC in the United Arab Emirates . He returned to Brazil in January 2017 and has played for Corinthians São Paulo ever since .

National team

Fellipe Bastos took part in the U-17 World Cup in 2007 with the Brazilian U-17 national team. There he played with the famous brothers Fábio and Rafael . However, they were eliminated in the round of 16 against Ghana (0: 1).
