Gisela Ahlemeyer

Gisela Ahlemeyer (née Köpke ; born March 25, 1947 in Świnoujście (Swinemünde)) is a former German athlete . She was a specialist in the 400-meter run , German champion and silver medalist at European championships.

Gisela Ahlemeyer works as a press officer and trainer at TV Rumeln .

Successes (selection)

The runner who started for Meidericher SV was successful over 400 meters in the 1960s. Among other things, she was German champion in 1967 and won a silver medal in 56.2 s at the European Indoor Games in 1968 .

In the 4 x 400 meter relay , she finished second at the European Indoor Championships in 1971 together with Gisela Ellenberger , Anette Rückes and Christa Czekay .

Awards

  • In 2002 Gisela Ahlemeyer received the Berni-Becks - challenge award from the North Rhine Athletics Association.
