Gisela Scherzer-Rening
Gisela Scherzer-Rening (born March 7, 1925 in Weeze as Gisela Pommerening , † April 25, 2004 in Bremen ) was a German actress and opera singer ( soprano ).
Life
After training as a technical draftsman, she studied at the Berlin Music Academy and was hired for operas , operettas , musicals and theaters. As an opera soprano, she toured numerous countries with her ensemble. She also founded the Berlin Opera Guest Performances with her husband Ernst-Günther Scherzer (1904–1978) .
As an actress, she became known to a wide audience through the role of Hermine Pritzwalk in the ARD early evening series Marienhof , where she made her television debut . She played the role from October 1, 1992 to March 23, 1993.
