Giuliana Marino
Giuliana Marino (born May 13, 1986 in Nuremberg ) is a German model .
Life
Marino was Playmate of the Month in April 2005 and Playmate of the Year 2005 of the German Playboy edition and later, after meeting Hugh Hefner in Munich, Playmate of the month April 2007 of the US edition. In October 2007 she appeared on the cover of the US edition of Playboy and appeared in 6 episodes of the reality TV series The Girls of the Playboy Mansion . From 2006 to 2008 she was a guest at the Playboy Mansion.
At Stefan Raabs TV total tower diving she reached sixth place in the preliminary round of synchronized diving together with Thessa Gierer (Miss October).
In 2006 she took part in qualifying for the Toyota Yaris Cup as part of a race on the Grand Prix circuit of the Nürburgring , but failed in this first racing experience. In the same year she appeared with other Playmate colleagues in the Oliver Geissen - Guinness World Records - The Biggest World Records.
In 2007 she appeared in episode 5 of the documentary soap The Model and the Freak . Also that year she competed with Agnieszka Hendel (Playmate of the Year 2006) as starting number 3 in the annual Gumball 3000 rally.
Further appearances in TV formats such as Mister Perfect with Alexander Mazza, Act 06 for Sat1, Männer TV for DSF or taff and Galileo on ProSieben followed.
In 2007 she was seen in the music video of the first songs "Stand by me" and "Only you" for the band Lemon Ice.
Private life
Marino was born in Nuremberg as the daughter of Italian immigrants. In 2011 she married the entrepreneur Michael Kertes and took his last name, but kept “Marino” as her stage name. They have been living separately since 2019. They have a son (* 2014) and a daughter (* 2016).
In 2010 she began studying medical technology at the technical faculty of the Friedrich Alexander University. In 2011 she switched to the technical university, Georg-Simon-Ohm, where she graduated as a Bachelor of Engineering in 2016.
