Giuliano Urbani

Giuliano Urbani (born June 9, 1937 in Perugia ) is an Italian politician of Forza Italia .

Life

Urbani studied political science at the University of Turin . As a political scientist, he taught at the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi . From May 11, 1994 to January 17, 1995 he was Minister for Public Administration and Regional Affairs in the Berlusconi I cabinet . From 1996 to 2005 Urbani was a member of the Camera dei deputati . As successor to Giovanna Melandri , he was Minister of Culture in the Berlusconi II and Berlusconi III cabinets from 2001 to 2005 . He was followed by Rocco Buttiglione .
