Giulio Morelli

Giulio Morelli (born May 8, 1915 in Padua , † May 10, 1985 ) is an Italian documentary filmmaker and film director .

Morelli completed his school years with a Bachelor of Arts , attended the “Santa Cecilia” Music Conservatory to study music and was enrolled at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia . From 1939 he worked as an assistant director , sometimes also as a screenwriter , for v. a. Mario Camerini works. Between 1949 and 1953 he directed four films of lesser interest, including No Way Back, made in the United States . At the beginning of the 1970s he returned to the industry with documentaries .
