Gleźno

Gleźno ( German  Hohenwalde ) is a village in the Gmina Choszczno administrative district of the Polish West Pomeranian Voivodeship .

Gleźno is the Neumark about six kilometers southwest of the city Choszczno ( Arnswalde ) and 59 kilometers south-east of the regional capital Szczecin ( Szczecin ).

The region came under Polish administration after the end of World War II .
