Glen Island is an island in the Thames at the north end of the Jubilee River , at Boulter's Lock at Maidenhead .

The Grade II listed Glen Island House , was a stately home on the river that now houses the offices of a paper mill. It was built in 1869 for Lt. Gene. Sir Roger William Henry Palmer, an Irish landowner who participated in the Light Brigade attack , established.
