The Global Trade Plaza ( Chinese 东莞 台商 会馆 , Pinyin Dōngguǎn Tái Shānghuì Guǎn , English Dongguan Taiwan Business Association Building ) will be the tallest skyscraper in Dongguan with 289 meters and 68 floors . Construction began in 2008 and was completed in 2012.
